Abstract: THE SURVEY COLLECTS DATA FOR MUNICIPAL INVENTORY CHANGES AND BOUNDARY CHANGES FOR ALL COUNTIES, MINOR CIVIL DIVISIONS AND THOSE MUNICIPALITIES OF 2,5000 POPULATION AND LARGER. THE DATA ARE USED TO CONSTRUCT COMPUTER FILES WHICH ALLOWS GEOGRAPHIC CODING AND ECONOMIC BY POLITICAL JURISDICTION.
