Abstract: THE FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 5 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT OF 1966, AS AMENDED. THESE REGULATIONS SET FORTH POLICY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROGRAM BY STATE AGENCIES AND SCHOOL FOOD AUTHORITIES.
