Abstract: NO AVAILABLE COMPREHENSIVE FINDING DESCRIBING THE OPERATIONS, TARGETIN AND IMPACTS OF THE SCHOOL NUTRITION PROGRAMS CURRENTLY EXIST. THIS EVALUATION, CONDUCTED IN RESPONSE TO A CONGRESSI REQUEST (SENATE RESOLUTION 90, REPORT NO. 98-208) ADDRESSES EACH OF THESE ISSUES AND WILL DEVELOP FORECASTING MODELS THAT CAN PREDIT PROGRAM PARTICIPATION.
