Abstract: UNDER THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS ARE NOT PAYABLE FOR ANY DAY IN WHICH REMUNERATION IS PAYABLE OR ACCRUES TO THE CLAIMANT. THE LETTER WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT WORK PERFORMED FOR A NON-RAILROAD EMPLOYER. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR DETERMING ENTITLEMENT TO CLAIMED UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.
