Abstract: THIS NEW PERMIT APPLICATION FORM IDENTIFIES OWNERS OF CONCENTRATED ANIMAL FEEDING OPERATIONS AND AQUATIC ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND REQUIRES THEM TO SUPPLY INFORMATION ON THEIR OPERATIONS. FORM 2B IS PART OF EPA'S HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
