Abstract: EPA IS CONSOLIDATING APPLICATION FORMS FOR PERMIT PROGRAMS. FORM 1 WILL BE USED BY THE HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TO CONTROL TREATMENT, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF WASTES DEFINED IN SECTION 3001 OF THE RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT.
