Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES AN FCU INVESTING IN LOANS TO NONMEMBER CREDIT UNIONS TO OBTAIN FROM THE BORROWING CREDIT UNION AND KEEP ON FILE (1) A CURRENT FINANCIAL AND STATISTICAL REPORT (2) A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BOARD RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUCH BORROWING AND (3) A STATEMENT FROM THE SECRETARY OF THE BORROWING CREDIT UNION THAT ITS NEGOTIATING PERSONS ON THE BORROWING ARE AUTHORIZED TO DO SO AND THAT THE AMOUNT BORROWING AUTHORITY.
