Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES THAT WHEN AN FCU USES GEOGRAPHIC FACTORS IN DECIDING UPON LOAN APPLICATION, THE FCU MUST DOCUMENT IN ITS FILES THE REASONS FOR USING SUCH FACTORS. THE REQUIREMENT IS MEANT TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT.
