Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE QUARTERLY OFF-FARM STOCKS OF MAJOR GRAINS AND OILSEEDS PRODUCED IN THE UNITED STATES. RESULTS COMBINED WITH ON-FARM STOCKS (40-R0007) TO ESTIMATE STOCKS IN ALL POSITIONS. FARM LEGISLATION REQUIRES SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE TO CONSIDER CARRYOVER STOCKS RELATIVE TO THE DEPARTMENT'S EXPORT-IMPORT PROGRAM.
