Abstract: DATA COLLECTION ON THE PARTICIPANT CHARACTERISTICS OF TVA RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION PROGRAMS IS NECESSARY. IN-HOUSE ANALYSIS WILL AID PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES, LONG-RANGE PLANNING, AND PROGRAM EVALUATION EXTERNALLY, TITLE VI (28 CFR 42.406) REGULATIONS FOR INFORMATION ON RACE/ETHNICS, SEX, AGE, AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL HANDICAPS OF APPLICANTS FO BENEFITS WILL BE ADHERED TO.
