Abstract: TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM EACH OF THE ARMED SERVICES TO IDENTIFY UNUSABLE ITEMS. INFORMATION IS USED BY ALL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF DOD PROCURED HARDWARE BY IDENTIFYING AND ELIMINATING FACULTY PARTS AND MATERIALS TO PRELUDE THEIR DESIGN INTO FUTURE MILITARY HARDWARE.
