RULE 17F-2 (E), ADOPTED ON MARCH 16,
1976, REQUIRES COVERED ENTITIES (SEE NO. 23 BELOW) TO SUBMIT A
NOTICE IDENTIFYING CASSES OF PERSONS CLAIMED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE
STATUTORY FINGERPRINTING REQUIREMENT. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO
ENSURE THAT APPROPRIATE PERSONS ARE FINGERPRINTED AND THAT ONLY
FIGERPRINTED PERSONS HAVE ACCESS TO THE HANDLING AND PROCESSING OF
SECURITIES, MONIES AND ORIGINAL BOOKS AND RECORDS RELATING
THERETO.
