RULE 15AJ-1, FORM X-15AJ-1, AND FORM X-15AJ-2, ADOPTED IN 1939, ARE DESIGNE TO ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT ITS OVERSIGHT FUNCTIONS AND TO ASSURE THAT SUCH EXCHANGES CONTINUE TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT.
