Community work experience recordkeeping requirements approved at this time will continue to carry OMB approval number 0960-0256.

Abstract: 409(A)(1)(F) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT REQUIRES PROVISION BE MADE FOR TRANSPORTATON AND OTHER COSTS, AS LIMITED BY THE SECRETARY, RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN CWEP. IN 45 CFR 238.60 THE SECRETARY LIMITS PAYMENT TO PARTICIPANTS TO $25 PER MONTH. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO INSURE THAT STATE PAYMENTS DO NOT EXCEED THIS LIMIT.
