Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO REVIEW ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE DETERMINATIONS FOR COMMUTERS UNDER THE GUARANTEED AIR SERVICE PROGRAM OF SECTION 419 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION ACT. THE ACT DIRECTS THE BOARD TO OBTAIN COMMUNITY AND STATE INPUT IN MAKING THIS DETERMINATION AND THIS QUESTIONNAIRE MEETS THIS STATUTORY REQUIREMENT.
