This request for
clearance is approved for use through April 31, 1982. During this
six months the FHLBB is directed to analyze these forms, the forms
used by the other federal financial institutions and, where
relevant, the substantially revised forms being developed by the
Securities and Exchange Commission in executing 15 USC 78(l)(i).
This analysis shall consider the appropriateness of each of these
form for the thrift industry and for fulfillin the statute. It
shall also examine whether the statutory requirements could be met
through less paperwork intensive approaches and whether other
information collected by the FHLBB could be used to met some of
these requirements. This analysis shall be enclosed together with a
correctly completed SF 83 and Supporting Statement and copies of
ALL relevant statutes, regula tions and forms with the next
submission.
