ASSOCIATIONS TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR A BRANCH OR AGENCY OFFICE.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION IS TO DETERMINE WHETHER A BRANCH
OFFICE CAN BE ESTABLISHED WITHOUT SUPERVISORY CONCERN AND UNDUE
INJURY TO OTHER LOCAL THRIFT INSTITUTIONS. 12 CFR 563E AND THE
COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT REQUIRES THE BOARD TO CONSIDER AN
ASSOCIATION'S COMMUNITY SERVICE RECORD WHEN IT EVALUATES A BRANCH
APPLICATION.
