Abstract: 12 CFR 544.6 REQUIRES FEDERAL ASSOCIATIONS TO OBTAIN BANK BOARD APPROVAL OF ANY CHANGE IN ITS BY-LAWS, WHICH IS NOT PREAPPROVED BY REGULATION.
