Abstract: THE STATUTORY PROVISION PERMITS NCUA TO EXAMINE INSURED STATE-CHARTERE CREDIT UNIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THE STATUTE PROVIDES THAT THE NCUA BOARD MAY ACCEPT ANY REPORT BY A COMMISSION, BOARD OR AUTHORITY HAVING SUPERVISION OVER SCUS. NCUA 9653 IS COMPLETED BY STATE AUTHORITY WHEN AN SCU IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE.
