FEDERALLY INSURED STATE CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS. STATUTE ALSO
PROVIDES FOR USING STATE EXAMINATION REPORTS TO THE EXTENT FEASIBLE
IN DETERMINING CONTINUED INSURABILITY. NCUA 9654 IS COMPLETED BY
STATE EXAMINERS WHEN A CREDIT UNION IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH
INSURANCE REGULATORY REQUIREMENT.
