Abstract: (1) TO PROVIDE SUMMARY DATA ON AGENCY FINANCES AND OPERATIONS WHICH ARE FUNDED PRIMARILY WITH FEDERAL DOLLARS, (2) TO PROVIDE THE SECRETAR WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO PERFORM OVERSIGHT FUNCTIONS OF THE AGENCY - PROGRAM OPERATIONS, FRAUD AND ABUSE, REPORT TO THE CONGRESS, ETC., AND (3) TO COLLECT CERTAIN SPECIFIC DATA REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED UNDER SECTION 432(C)(1)(A) OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION ACT.
