Finally, the icc should review the record retention schedule and explain any changes which might be made to modify the periods records that must be kept.

OF THE ICC MUST FOLLOW TO ACCOUNT FOR THEIR FINANCIAL OPERATING, & EQUIPMENT TRANSACTIONS AND RECORDS. THESE PRESCRIBED REC ARE USED BY THE ICC IN AUDITS & INVEST. OF CARRIERS. THE REC. RETENTI SCHED. IS THE PRESCRIBED LENGTH OF TIME THAT CARRIERS MUST MAINTAIN THEIR RECORDS FOR THE ICC. THIS RETENTION SCHED. ENSURES THAT CARRIER CAN PRODUCE THE NEC. REC.
