INFORMATION ON THEIR DEMOGRAPHIC AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND THEIR IMMEDIATE POSTDOCTORAL STUDY OR EMPLOYMENT PLANS IS ESSENTIAL FOR ANALYSES OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND.
