Abstract: THE PROGRAMS FOR WHICH THIS APPLICATION IS USED ARE AUTHORIZED BY SECTIONS 103A(1)B(III), 172(B)(1), 184(A) OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT OF 1963, AS AMENDED BY THE EDUCATION AMENDMENTS OF 1976.
