Terms of Clearance: This request is returned without action because it is an incomplete submission. The supporting statement does not meet OMB requirements. In particular, there is no explanation of how the reporting burden estimate was derived. Also, a copy of the form that relates to the recordkeeping requirement was not enclosed. When DOL resubmits, OMB would like an explanation as to why a routine annual report is necessa rather than a once a year report only from companies that have paid claims.
