Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED SMALL MINE OPERATORS WHO REQUEST ASSISTANCE UNDER SECTION 507(C) OF P.L. 95-87.
