Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED SMALL MINE OPERATORS WHO REQUEST ASSISTANCE UNDER SECTION 507(C) OF P.L. 95-87. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN PERMIT APPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH P.L. 95-87. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION INVOLVED HERE IS FOR THE STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCIES IN IMPLEMENTING THE PROGRAM.
