Abstract: PART 210 IS AMENDED BY THE FINAL RULE WHICH MODIFIES THE STATE FOOD DISTRIBUTION ADVISORY COUNCIL'S (SFDAC'S) FOOD PREFERENCE INFORMATION COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITIES. IT REDUCES REPORTING BURDEN AND PROVIDES THE SFDAC'S WITH THE OPTIONS OF (1) DETERMINING THE METHOD AND SCOPE OF GATHERING PREFERENCE INFORMATION AND (2) USING THE FORMAT DETERMINE TO BE MOST APPROPRIATE IN EACH STATE'S SITUATION.
