Abstract: THE FIFRA PERMITS THE AGENCY TO AUTHORIZE STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO TEMPORARILY SHIP AND USE UNREGISTERED PESTICIDE PRODUCTS UNDER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE APPLICANT IS REVIEWED TO SEE IF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTS AND IF THE USE WILL PRESENT AN UNDUE HAZARD TO MAN AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
