Abstract: THE FIFRA PERMITS STATES TO ISSUE EXPERIMENTAL USE PERMITS IF THEY FIR SUBMIT STATE PLANS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY EPA. EXPERIMENTAL USE PERMITS ALLOW AN APPLICANT TO TEST AN UNREGISTERED PRODUCT FOR EFFECTIVENESS AND ASSIT IN THE GATHERING OF DATA NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION.
