Abstract: EPA REQUIRES STATES DESIRING TO ISSUE EXPERIMENTAL USE PERMITS TO SUBMIT THEIR PLANS FOR EPA APPROVAL AS WELL AS AN ANNUAL REPORT. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT THE PROGRAM COMPLIES WITH THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE AND RODENTICIDE ACT.
