Abstract: SECTION 8(C) OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (PL 91-596) LEGISLATES THE SECRETARY OF LABOR TO REQUIRE EMPLOYERS TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND ILLNESSES AND TO SUBMIT PERIODIC REPORTS.
