WHERE PCB'S ARE STORED OR DISPOSED OF MUST DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN
RECORDS CONTAINING INFORMATION ABOUT THE PCB'S HANDLED AT THEIR
FACILITIES. THESE RECORDS ARE USED TO PREPARE AN ANNUAL REPORT. EPA
CAN THEN USE THE RECORDS AND ANNUAL REPORTS TO MONITOR THE MOVEMENT
AND FATE OF THE PCB'S.
