Abstract: REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT THE ORGANIC ACT (7 USC 147A), IDENTIFY ARTICLES COVERED AND PROVIDE FOR A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION OF PLANTS AND PLAND PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR EXPORT.
