Abstract: THIS ANNUAL REPORT FULFILLS THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENT OF SEC. 415C(B) (8), HEA. THE COLLECTED DATA IS USED TO PROVIDE FISCAL INFORMATION ABOUT USE OF ALLOTMENTS AND DETERMINE THE NATURE OF PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS. THE ANALYZED DATA IS USED FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION, VARIOUS BUDGET/POLICY DECISIONS, AND TO ASSIST STATES IN PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT.
