Abstract: THE FORM IS NEEDED TO CONDUCT THE INVESTIGATION REQUIRED BY SECTION 60 OF THE OCS LANDS ACT. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED BY THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY IN PREPARING THE BIENNIAL REPORT TO THE CONGRES WHICH IS ALSO REQUIRED BY SECTION 606 OF THE OCS LANDS ACT.
