Abstract: THE UPARR PROJECT PERFORMANCE REPORT RESPONDS TO ATTACHMENT 1 OF OMB A-102. ANNUAL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR GRANTS OF UNDER $50,000. ALL OTHERS REQUIRE QUARTERLY REPORTS. THE REPORT COVERS PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO DATE, EXPLANATIONS OF COST OVERRRUNS AND TIME DELAYS, ANTICIPATED ACCOMPLISHMENTS DURING NEXT QUARTER AND OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION. GRANTEES COMPLETE DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE REPORT DEPENDING ON WHETHER THE GRANT IS CONSTRUCTION OR NON-CONSTR.
