year, we expect that a new rule will be forthcoming. At that time,
OMB will reserve the option to require a PRA 3504(h) submission and
any other information necessary to review adequately the
information requirements. These procedures will be specified in the
forthcoming rules to implement the Paperwork Reduction Act.

COMMERCIAL PURPOSE MUST SUBMIT A NOTICE TO EPA AT LAST NINETY DAYS
BEFORE COMMENCING MANUFACTURE. SECTION 5(D)(1 DEFINES THE CONTENT
