(ELIMINATES A-95 REVIEW, REDUCES CP REQUIREMENTS AND ELIMINATES NEED F CONFORMANCE WITH LOCALITIES OVERALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN.) NECESSARY INFORMATION ELEMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDED THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY OBTAINED IN SUPPLEMENTARY INFO REQUESTS. THE QPR HAS BEEN REVISED TO REDUCE NUMBER OF DATA ELEMENTS AND SIMPLIFY REPORTING PROCEDURES.
