Abstract: TITLE V OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZES RURAL HOUSING LOANS TO ABOVE-MODERATE INCOME APPLICANTS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS NECESSARY FOR FMHA TO GUARANTEE THE LOAN REQUESTED AND TO ASSURE THAT APPROPRIATE LOAN SERVICING ACTIONS ARE TAKEN.
