Abstract: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION REGULATION UNDER ERISA RELATING TO EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS. THE AMENDMENT WOULD PERMIT PLAN ADMINISTRATORS TO DEFER TO DISTRIBUTION DATE FOR UPDATED SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTIONS AND ESTABLISHES THE DATES FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUTURE UPDATED OR REPLACEMENT SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTIONS REQUIRED BY ERISA.
