FORM 941PR IS USED BY EMPLOYERS IN PUERTO RICO TO REPORT FICA TAXES ONLY AND FORM 941SS IS USED BY EMPLOYERS IN THE U.S. POSSESSIONS TO REPORT FICA TAXES ONLY. THE DATA IS USED PRIMARILY TO VERIFY THAT THE CORRECT TAXES HAVE BEEN PAID.
