HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE AND TREATMENT
FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED UNDER RCRA TO PROVIDE EPA WITH AN ANALYSIS
OF WASTES, DESCRIPTIONS OF CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS, AND OPERATING
RECORDS/INSPECTION LOGS. THE INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED VOLUNTARILY
OR WHEN EPA CALLS IN PART B OF TH RCRA PERMIT APPLICATION. EPA USES
THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR A RCRA PERMIT AND FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.

1320.8(b)(3).
