Abstract: SECTION 7 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT OF 1966 (P.L. 89-642), AS AMENDED AUTHORIZES USDA TO PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDS TO STATE AGENCIES FOR THEIR COSTS IN ADMINISTERING THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM, SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM, SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND CHILD CARE FOOD PROGRAM.
