THIS RULE SETS FORTH ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS AND PROGRAM BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ELIGIBLE INDIANS WHO
APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPLICANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AMOUNT OF
FUNDS NEEDED TO PLACE THE APPLICANT ON A JOB, JOB SKILLS POSSESSED
BY THE APPLICANT AND WORK EXPERIENCE, AND TO PREVENT FRAUD AND
ABUSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
