WHO HAVE REACHED AGE 18 MAY CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS TO AGE 22
WITHOUT INTERRUPTION IF THE CHILD IS IS UNMARRIED AND A FULL-TIME
STUDENT IN A RECOGNIZED SCHOOL. THIS FORM IS USED TO CERTIFY THAT
THESE CHILDREN ARE ATTENDING A RECOGNIZED SCHOOL ON A FULL-TIME
BASIS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
