Abstract: FORM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE COAST GUARD INSPECTING A VESSEL FO CERTIFICATION. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN 46 CFR 2.01-1. THE APPLICATION PROVIDES THE COAST GUARD WITH CERTAIN BASIC INFORMATION NEEDED FOR PLANNING AND CARRYING OUT A PROPER INSPECTION.
