Abstract: THE AER IS USED BY FOOD FOR PEACE TO OBTAIN INFORMATION CRITICAL FOR T PLANNING AND BUDGETING CYCLE OF THE P.L. 480 TITLE II PROGRAM. THE AER'S INCLUDE PLANNED RECIPIENT AND RATION LEVELS, NUMBER OF DISTRIBUTIONS, OPERATING RESERVES THAT ARE NEEDED AND INVENTORIES ON HAND. THERE ARE SIX (6) VOLUNTARY AGENCIES COOPERATING IN TITLE II FEEDING PROGRAMS.
