This collection does not contain a burden estimate, consequently it is improperly submitted to OMB. There has been a historic average used by USAID to calculate the burden of this collection on the volunteer agencies in the past. Perhaps looking at this estimate may aid the agency in determining a burden estimate for this collection presently. At this time the information provided is insuffiecient for OMB to determine if this should be given an approval.
