Abstract: SECTION 8(C) OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (29 USC 657, 673) LEGISLATES THE SECRETARY OF LABOR TO REQUIRE EMPLOYERS TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND ILLNESSES AND TO SUBMIT PERIODIC REPORTS.
